Timaya is a successful and famous Nigerian musician, songwriter, performing artist and the founder of DM Records Limited.
His music and videos are popular and widely played on Nigerian radio and television stations. Over the years, he has also gained international visibility and prominence with his musical talent.
He has a large fan base among Nigerians especially the youth and he sees his music as a “struggle and quest for a change in life,” having grown up hustling for a living in the streets at the early age of 14.
In one of his recent music projects he terms “Chulo Vibes” he features a collection his music which he says best defines him, his sound and brand. According to Timaya, his music is all about “good energy, love, positive living, being thankful always.”
