No country developed or developing can afford to be isolated and to be disconnected from the global economy as all nations are economically inter-connected and affected by global events such as the recent crash of major world stock markets in China, Japan, USA, Mexico, Brazil etc., and the significant drop in mineral and world crude oil prices to the lowest level in six and a half years. ~Tom Okure, Ph.D
