Thanksgiving Celebrations
Thanksgiving is a great American holiday celebration and a time to get together with family and friends to eat and drink either at home or in a restaurant. Some people like to cook and eat at home, while others prefer to eat out at a regular restaurant or a buffet.

This video clip shows a “Thanksgiving Buffet” where you pay a single price for an all-you-can-eat dinner meal. There is so much food and so many choices to choose from. Come hungry and be prepared to eat and fill up. Don’t forget your anti-acids to prevent heartburn too. After all that eating and food, working out that excess calories the next morning or day is always a good idea.
